Team room conversations, pipeline stories, leadership, transition, remembrance, and plenty of humor. If you've got something the community should hear, we want to talk.
The intake form helps us understand your background, what you'd like to talk about, and your comfort level. Participation is voluntary, and you can use a call sign, initials, or a pseudonym. Submissions are reviewed on a rolling basis. Selected guests may get a short pre-call before we schedule anything. Not every submission leads to a recording, but every one is read.

Honoring a teammate
Remembrance episodes are built with teammates and families, with dignity and the humor and stories that made them who they were. Families and teammates can ask us to delay release, limit what's published, or leave out specific details, and we take those requests seriously.Reach out at support@firsttherepod.com with "Remembrance" in the subject.

Your comfort comes first
Tell us up front what you'd rather not discuss. Anything said unintentionally during recording can be flagged for removal.
OPSEC is non-negotiable
No active TTPs, classified or sensitive operational detail, or protected identities. Not everything recorded gets published, and we'll edit, hold, or pull content for operational or guest-welfare reasons.
Release before recording
Selected guests sign a media release before we record. Conversations may be shared as audio and video across First There Pod platforms and its archive.
